Refund Policy

At Vanilla Storm, we take great pride in creating delicious, beautifully crafted cakes for every occasion. Due to the custom nature and perishability of our products, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining high quality standards.

  1. Order Cancellations
    For standard cake orders, cancellations made at least 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date qualify for a full refund. If cancelled between 2 and 3 days prior to the order date, a 50% refund will be issued. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  2. Custom and Special Orders
    Custom cakes, including specialty designs and flavors, require more preparation time. Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 7 days before the pickup or delivery date to be eligible for a 60% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled date.
  3. Same-Day Orders
    Due to the on-demand nature of same-day or last-minute orders, these are final sales and are non-refundable.
  4. Quality Issues
    If you receive a cake that is damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos to verify the issue. Verified complaints will be resolved with a replacement cake or a refund, depending on availability and circumstances.
  5. Missed Pickups and Refusals
    Cakes not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups or if the customer refuses delivery without valid cause.
  6. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
