How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please prepare a written request that includes the following:
- A signature from the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed work (this may be digital or physical).
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) that have allegedly been infringed.
- Precise details about the content in question, including where on our platform the material can be found.
- Your complete contact information, such as name, physical mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement from you that you have a good faith belief the content’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury affirming that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or have the authority to act on their behalf.
We will evaluate your request upon receipt and, if valid, will take appropriate steps to remove or restrict access to the content. If the other party believes the material was removed in error, they have the right to issue a counter-notification.
